Venture X Serviced Offices

Intellicasa were appointed for the creation and installation of the lighting design for Venture X’s Serviced Office accommodation, located in Chiswick Park, London. The client was seeking a modern sleek design that echoed the values of its brand and reflected a design led approach to its serviced office offering in London.

Intellicasa chose Ricoman’s suspended linear lighting solution with glare control to deliver a contemporary lighting design solution. Estrella UP Indirect / Direct option was used to maximize the open plan office space and communal areas, creating a stylish and functional lighting theme throughout.

Intellicasa were able to introduce smart office automation features, including several eco-friendly features helping keep energy costs controlled within such an environment. The ‘astronomic’ feature and energy control (keeping lights at 80% consumption output), allows the lights to increase / decrease in luminosity, in line with the movement of the sun, so as to replicate daylight within the environment.

One touch lighting control was added to the reception desk, to allow lights to be  controlled from a single point of contact using intelligent lighting automation system (Crestron). This gave the client full breadth of control for lighting, HVAC, audio visual and blinds.
