Corsham Street Offices

Ricoman supplied continuous suspended linear lighting in two offices in the heart of London. One of these offices is used by the graphic designers’ company B&B.

The contractors were RJM contracts, who work for several builders on prestigious clients including Selfridges and Rolex.

The contractors were informed about our comprehensive linear lighting solution by one of their wholesaler partners. Ricoman lighting team completed a couple of small projects with designs to prove plots against the consultant spec.

What the contractors were looking for, was a continuous suspended linear lighting which would be consistent on all the office floors. Spaces included corridors, conference rooms and main office spaces, so Estrella naturally came to fill in this gap.

Ricoman specification team was supplied with the drawings and tasked with creating a design to meet the requirements of a modern office space. These designs were submitted for approval by the consultant and a sample fitting was shown. Approval followed along with the order for installation. Close contact between Ricoman Regional Specification Manager and the Contractors’ Project Managers through each floor was crucial for every small detail to be taken care of. As seen on the photos, some of the fittings Ricoman supplied with integral emergency option, which is only one of the many add-ons available with Estrella system.

This office lighting project was completed in May 2021. RJM Contracts were so impressed with the Estrella Simplicity system and its ease of installation, that they have installed it in their own offices.
