Car showroom lighting is a special and demanding sub-category within the retail lighting category. RICOMAN are proud to be active in this lighting sector, contributing to the effective illumination of cars and helping their car industry players to enhance their brand attributes.

RICOMAN were asked to assist a Nissan car dealership by providing the lighting and a lighting design. We totally respect the client’s desire not to reveal the exact further branch details.

After a thorough consultation, our ever-popular Estrella Simplicity linear range was chosen for accent lighting; this was suspended and configured in a rectangular form.

For general and directional lighting our Protium gimbal downlight range was chosen, this was desired due to the ability to focus the light as required to highlight the vehicles in the showroom. Both of these luminaires were painted to a custom RAL colour in order to match the specification required.

Car showroom lighting aims not just to enhance the aesthetics of the products on display, but also contribute to the creation of an environment which visitors can evaluate and compare the different products, this is why we have invested even more research and development of suitable products.

Our upgraded Estrella Pro linear range can incorporate even more optic options apart from the traditional opal diffuser, such as louvre, round and square aperture and even a wallwash diffuser to achieve the desired effect and UGR results your lighting design demands.

Custom RAL colours can be supplied in all Estrella linear fittings, to match the car dealership brand identity. There is also a comprehensive range of track mounted lights, ideal for retail applications.
