Ricoman supplied suspended linear lighting for a large workspace located in the heart of Manchester city center. The building is located in the Knott Mill area of Manchester (off Deansgate) and is synonymous with warehousing and textile manufacturing from the 18th and 19th C. Nearby at Castlefield are remains of a Roman fort. 7 Constance Street is located towards the southern approach of the city centre, to the east it sits adjacent to First Street, Manchester’s cultural hub which is one of the fastest growing districts in the city.

This is a  newly refurbished character workspace within a former warehouse building. The total area is 1,952 sq ft and two of the main features being advertised is the natural daylight along with the high quality LED suspended lighting.
