Bethnal Green Office Lighting

Linear office lighting is increasingly popular with RICOMAN having completed a number of projects in this sector. Lighting for offices needs to promote well-being and productivity of employees white reducing the energy bills. Our linear lighting ranges were used to light a new office build in a down-to-earth area in the East End of London, Bethnal Green. Known as a home to young professionals and a large Bangladeshi community, this area features long-standing cafes and old-school pubs, while hip bars and eateries fill Paradise Row’s railway arches. Families enjoy exploring the V&A Museum of Childhood’s toy exhibits.

RICOMAN’s Estrella Simplicity and Estrella Up linear lighting was used in this new office build in. This project was a design and build, design concept from drawing stage. Plans were submitted along with product detail for client approval. The local authority has a particular green colour that is used that is referred to Bethnal Green, named for the area. It was requested that the product be painted in this custom RAL colour as part of the theme. The project was agreed and supplied in accordance with the design.

The Estrella lighting system was used in as suspended configuration with a 80/20 Direct/Indirect light output, ideally designed to highlight the brick and wood architectural elements on the floor, ceiling and walls.
