Altitude workplace

RICOMAN completed a big workplace lighting project in Manchester in 2016 supplying lights for an office building. Altitude is located at the  well-established Atlas Business Park in South Manchester. The building provides Grade A office accommodation arranged over three floors.

ADT Workplace carried out a Cat A refurbishment to 44,530sqft of core areas, reception & the office floors. All levels are accessed via a feature double height reception. The building has excellent connectivity, with superb links to the airport and local road and tram services.

RICOMAN LED lighting products are present in most places, from reception to bathrooms.

Lighting at the indoor entrance/ reception needs to be flexible catering for a spectrum of different activities. Also needs to create an functional atmosphere that welcomes and attracts. The 23W Ultra-Slim downlights are great for this purpose, some of them in emergency version, attached to our Emergency Pack. The bathroom also features Ultra-Slim downlights.

The photos also show our 600×600 Pure Panels in front of the stairwells, surface mounted with our innovative z-clips. Pure Panels are also prominent in the main office rooms, laying in the grid ceiling.

In the transit spaces, RICOMAN and the specifiers chose Alphard architectural halo bulkheads to mount on the stairwells and results were stunning. Available with integrated microwave, emergency or combination, they provide a nice accent feature with the halo side light emitted. Additionally, the cast aluminium IP65 black body is a good match to a contemporary office environment.
