Offices are places where people spend one-third of their lives. Therefore, they need to promote the well-being and productivity of employees white cutting the carbon footprint. RICOMAN fully understand the applicable standards for ensuring the optimum office lighting environment and have a wide range of products to create a perfect working atmosphere. Office lighting can include general lighting and also task lighting however the requirements of each will vary greatly depending on the type of work being carried out. There are many important factors to consider when choosing office lighting such as glare control, recommended lux levels,  avoidance of flickering and luminance distribution which is why we recommend speaking to one of our lighting design consultants, who are happy to help with your office planning.

It is well documented that using the correct lighting in the workplace can enhance the workforce’s ability to concentrate, well-being and safety. It is always recommended a full lighting design is completed for an office environment to tailor the correct lighting.

We have a range of products to retrofit an office, from panel lighting to linear solutions, our lights can even be mounted to burgess or plasterboard ceilings with indirect lighting. We even offer special optics for some of our luminaires to aid in compliance with LG7 by illuminating the ceiling. Our aim is to create lighting solutions which provide spaces for offices and workplaces that are flexible enough to meet the needs of different workers and situations using our advanced lighting technology. In addition to improving office lighting our LED lighting will also have the benefits of sustainability, lower maintenance, carbon and energy saving.
